You'll manage your own caseload end to end, resolving a broad range of Landlord & Tenant disputes while delivering exceptional client service. With a strong pipeline of work, you'll negotiate claims efficiently, identify risks, and contribute to a culture of effective, high quality case handling.In this fast paced and supportive environment, you'll take ownership of customer issues, meet SLA and KPI targets, and share best practice across the team.
