This is a senior strategic hire offering the chance to work at the forefront of the UK's energy transition, advising on complex commercial, regulatory and transactional matters across the power, renewables and storage sectors.The RoleYou will take a leading role within a well established team, advising on a broad range of energy market issues, including:Commercial and regulatory advice across the UK energy sectorGrid connection and network arrangements at transmission and distribution levelCorporate PPAs, private wire structures and wider offtake arrangementsRoute to market strategies, optimisation services and revenue stack modellingSupport on M&A and project finance transactionsOversight of complex workstreams and direct client engagementSupervising and developing junior lawyers and contributing to team growthThis position offers a blend of high value transactional support and sophisticated regulatory advisory work, with exposure to some of the most innovative projects in the market.The TeamThe Bristol Energy Projects team works closely with colleagues across the wider energy and infrastructure groups.
