XML feed integration

Distribute jobs to Joboru via XML.

If you’re a job aggregator, recruitment platform, or employer with a large volume of vacancies, you can distribute your listings to Joboru through a standard XML feed. We accept feeds in common formats and can work with you to map fields correctly.

All jobs received via XML feed are subject to the same quality review as directly posted listings. We don’t publish spam, duplicates, or listings that don’t meet our standards. This protects both job seekers and the reputation of your brand on our platform.

If you’re an applicant tracking system provider, we’d like to make it easy for your clients to post jobs directly to Joboru from within your platform. We support standard integration methods and can work with your development team to set up a connection.

An ATS integration with Joboru gives your clients access to a trusted, quality-focused job board without leaving their existing workflow. Jobs posted through the integration go through the same review process and appear alongside all other verified listings on the platform.

Frequently asked questions.

How quickly can we get a feed live?
Most XML feed integrations are live within 5 working days. The bottleneck is usually field mapping and sample job validation. Simple feeds with standard fields can be live in 24-48 hours.
What XML formats do you support?
We accept feeds in Clickcast format, Adzuna format, JobG8 XML, and custom structures. If your feed uses standard job fields (title, description, location, URL, company), we can work with it. Send us a sample and we’ll confirm.
Is there a minimum volume for partnerships?
No hard minimum. We work with aggregators distributing thousands of jobs per day and smaller recruitment platforms with a few hundred. We’re more interested in quality than volume.
What are the commercial terms?
We offer three models: paid listings (flat rate per posted job), CPC (cost-per-click), and CPA (cost-per-application). The right fit depends on the partnership type and volume. Terms are negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your requirements.
Which countries do you cover?
Joboru runs job boards in the UK and US. We accept feeds for UK or US roles. Tell us which market you want to distribute into when you get in touch. Remote roles that can be filled from either market are also welcome. We’re exploring other markets, so feel free to reach out even if your focus is elsewhere.
How do you maintain quality?
Every job received via feed goes through the same review process as direct listings. Spam, duplicates, and listings that don’t meet our standards are rejected. This protects job seekers and the partner’s reputation on our platform.
