This is an exceptional opportunity to specialise in one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving sectors, working with major clients across the clean energy industry and contributing to high profile renewable energy projects.The RoleYou'll take a senior role within the team, advising on a wide range of clean energy and real estate matters, including:Drafting option agreements and leases for wind, solar, battery storage, EV, hydro and other renewable energy schemesUndertaking due diligence, including title review, enquiries and searchesActing on the financing of clean energy projects and large scale acquisitions/disposalsWorking collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, banking, construction, planning and regulatory teamsManaging your own caseload with early responsibility and significant client contactSupporting wider real estate work including landlord & tenant, corporate support and public sector mattersSupervising and mentoring junior lawyers and paralegalsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships and identifying business development opportunitiesContributing to the team's financial performance and strategic growthCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a senior real estate lawyer with:Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, with 6+ years' PQE in Real EstateExperience advising clients in the future energy or renewables sectorA strong track record in business development and client relationship managementExperience supervising Associates and/or ParalegalsExcellent communication skills and confidence engaging with clients at all levelsAbility to provide strategic, commercially focused adviceCommitment to contributing to the development of the team locally and nationallyThe TeamYou'll join a large, well established real estate group with a strong national presence and a significant footprint in the future energy market.
