Program Manager

About the Position: This is a permanent position within Headquarters, US Army Corps of Engineers (HQ USACE), Directorate of Military Programs, Installation Support Community of Practice located in Washington, DC.

Serve as senior Program Manager and National Account Manager with responsibility for exercising management and operational control over the assigned programs/projects and initiatives.

Manage and monitor all aspects of complex Military Design and Construction programs.

Review reports, analyze design and construction program data, conduct line-item reviews to make recommendations, identify the source of and a resolution to problems relating to engineering, design and construction.

Provide technical advice to divisions and districts on reporting program execution metrics, and management of projects and programs.

Manage projects and funds, spend plans and issues design and construction directives, submits and allocates military construction funds.

Provide authoritative interpretation of organizational policy for military construction programs, reviews program execution plans, military construction reprogramming actions, and design and construction projects for cost and schedule reasonableness.
