Physical Therapist

About the Position: The Physical Therapist performs a full range of physician extender and physical therapy patient care to include comprehensive evaluations of patients using screening and diagnostic testing and associated administrative duties.

Provide physical therapy care in support of physical disabilities and neuro-musculoskeletal dysfunctions in patients of all ages.

Observe patient’s function and interprets range of motion as well as strength, power and endurance of muscles.

Create treatment plans based upon general information in consult and the patient’s needs.

Document care provided in the patient’s automated health record and patient files.

Educate patients and their families on home programs to compliment treatment.
