Physician Outreach Consultant - Lung Transplant

Overview

This role will focus on driving growth of Piedmont's Lung Transplant Program through targeted outreach, provider engagement, and strategic relationship development to increase referrals throughout all Piedmont markets. 

Responsibilities

This position supports the assigned Senior Outreach Consultant and Outreach Manager in executing physician outreach activities for the designated territory. This role assists in managing referral development efforts, tracking referral trends and strengthening relationships with key internal and external clients. This person plays a key role in implementing business to business strategies that drive referral growth and enhance physician engagement across the assigned market. This position also collaborates with marketing, clinical operations and other internal partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a closely related field Required

Work Experience

• 2 years of post-graduate work experience, preferably in healthcare operations, sales, marketing or business development Required
• Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) Required
