Program Analyst

About the Position: The incumbent serves as Management/Manpower Analyst and coordinates manpower and force management activities for Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC). This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Recruitment Incentive maybe authorized to those who are new to the federal employment. Relocation Incentive maybe authorized. Advanced In-Hire maybe authorized. Advanced Leave Accrual may be authorized.

Serve as Management/Manpower Analyst and coordinates manpower and force management activities.

Develop, prepare, review, revise and maintain personnel status on the Table of Distribution and Allowances.

Review request for personnel actions.

Review proposals for manpower adjustments; provide advise and recommendations for realignments and reprogramming to assure continued mission accomplishments.

Conduct manpower and management studies within the clinic related to mission, organization, functions and work processes and procedures.

Represent the organization at conferences, seminars, and meetings involving discussions and subsequent guidance about decisions, and changes in manpower management, requirements, allocations, TDA documents, and manpower utilizations.

Train staff on manpower procedures.
