About the role
The Breastfeeding Coordinator is responsible for the planning, directing, evaluation of the breastfeeding component of the program; functions as a Competent Professional Authority for the WIC Program. Supervises all Breastfeeding Peer Counselor Coordinators.
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nutritional Science, Community Nutrition, clinical or Human Nutrition, Dietetics or Foods and Nutrition or Public Health Nutrition, from a regionally accredited college or university or one recognized by the New York State Education Department. * One (1) to two (2) years related experience * Registered Dietitian, Registered Dietitian eligible, Certified Dietetic Nutrition - PREFERRED * Good communication skills (written and oral). * Good presentation skills. * Bilingual highly desirable. * Good computer skills.About this listing
