Program Support Specialist

Planning and managing daily operations in support of Facilities Management’s programs and projects.

Provides management reports and information to Facilities Management leadership on a routine basis.

Coordinates assigned functions with managers/supervisors to ensure staff actions, task assignments, and status reporting are executed to standard.

Responsible for a variety of functions such as coordinating and scheduling high-level meetings and travel.

Participates in regular meetings with management to address operational and administrative issues, resolve problems, and provide recommendations for correcting, tracking, or improving various programs.
