SUPERVISORY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST

You will serve as the principal advisor to the Director/Commander on all administrative operations and strategic resource planning.

You will exercise full supervisory authority over the Administrative and Awards Organization.

You will conduct morning synchronization meetings with subordinate staff to prioritize daily administrative, HR, and logistical tasks and brief the director on budget execution status, critical personnel actions, and facility status.

You will perform as the Administration and Awards Division Chief by directing, coordinating, and integrating comprehensive administrative, logistical, human capital, and resource management functions across the organization.

You will align diverse workflows, including human resources, financial planning and budget formulation, to meet strategic mission goals.

You will establish long-range schedules, assign high-level priorities, and analyze complex operational metrics to mitigate risks and implement command-wide process improvements.

You will oversee the branch-level budgetary formulation and execution process.
