Monroe Health Center is seeking a Full-time Registered Dietitian.  This position's work location is at the Union Health Center, Union, WV. The Registered Dietitian (RD) provides comprehensive, culturally responsive, and patient-centered medical nutrition therapy to patients served by Monroe Health Center. The RD works as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team to address nutrition-related conditions, promote prevention and wellness, reduce health disparities, and improve health outcomes.

The Registered Dietitian provides individual and group nutrition services, develops individualized nutrition care plans, participates in population health and preventive care initiatives, coordinates care with medical and behavioral health providers, contributes to quality improvement activities, and engages with community partners to advance the health center's mission.

The ideal candidate is committed to serving underserved populations and understands the unique social, economic, cultural, and environmental factors that influence health and nutrition.

This position is full-time non-exempt employee working 40 hours per week, no weekends.  Great benefit package included, Paid time off, 11 paid holidays, enrollment in the WV Public Employees Retirement System, PEIA health insurance with employer contribution, employer paid long term disability.
