Assembler

The Assembler performs the assembly of components and subassemblies for all models of Crystal Clean machines and conducts final testing to confirm each unit meets quality and functional standards before release.

• Assembles components and subassemblies for all models of machines according to build specifications and work instructions.
• Performs final testing of assembled machines to verify proper function and quality.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
• Identifies and reports defective materials, parts, or assembly issues to the Shop Supervisor.
• Uses hand and power tools safely and appropriately for assembly tasks.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe assembly work area.
• Follows all company safety policies and procedures.

High school diploma / GED

Experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly.

Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings using basic mechanical aptitude.
