Help build what matters.

At Cristek, our work supports critical aerospace and defense missions. We manufacture cable, harness, and electromechanical solutions that help customers meet demanding real-world challenges. The work is hands-on, collaborative, and engaging—and every team member helps us deliver quality products our customers can depend on.

We’re looking for a Production Lead to guide day-to-day work in our Billerica Production site. As a working lead you’ll coordinate workflow, support production goals, and serve as a technical resource for the team.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate daily assignments and workflow to support production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Lead team huddles and communicate priorities, goals, and updates.
  • Train and guide employees, providing hands-on technical support.
  • Monitor work in process and help resolve routine production, quality, equipment, and process issues.
  • Help ensure work follows procedures, specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
  • Support inspections, testing, documentation, and process verification.
  • Perform production work as needed to keep the team moving.
  • Keep the work area safe, clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Monitor materials and equipment, and flag issues that could affect workflow.
  • Work with supervisors and other teams on continuous improvement.

How we work: the ACE framework

Our ACE framework connects Accountability, Communication, and Empowerment. In this role, that means taking ownership of your area, keeping the team informed, and helping people do their best work through clear guidance and practical support.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 and J-STD certifications.
  • At least five years of experience in wire harness, cable assembly, or electromechanical manufacturing.
  • Experience serving as a technical resource or lead in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read work instructions, specifications, drawings, and related documentation.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Authorization to access information and hardware subject to ITAR requirements. Applicants must qualify as a U.S. Person under ITAR regulations.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
