About the Position: This position is located at The IDES Clinic - Guthrie Army Health Clinics - Fort Drum, NY. Medical malpractice liability insurance is not required for federal civilian healthcare providers as they are covered by the Federal Tort Claims Act (28 U.S.C. § 1346(b)) while acting within the scope of their employment. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation

Provide expert consultative support to other hospital clinics, MEDDAC activities, and community agencies.

Apply current, evidence-based medical knowledge and maintain awareness of emerging developments in medical literature.

Ensure all clinical and administrative processes meet Army regulations, Joint Commission requirements, and quality assurance standards.

Exercise independent medical judgment with minimal supervision while ensuring effective completion of MEB program objectives.

Refer patients to appropriate medical and behavioral health specialties inside or outside the Medical Treatment Facility.
