Through the GPS Audit path, you will gain exposure to how the organization evaluates risk, strengthens internal controls, improves processes, and supports responsible decision-making. You will collaborate with teams across the enterprise, analyze information, communicate findings, and help translate insights into practical actions.

HOW THE PROGRAM IS STRUCTURED
Phase 1 - Foundations
Join the Audit organization, contribute to active engagements, and build a strong understanding of audit methodology, business processes, risk, and internal controls.
Phase 2 - Growth & Development
Take ownership of increasingly complex assignments, expand your exposure across business areas, and strengthen your ability to analyze information, document work, and communicate results.
Phase 3 - Leadership Readiness
Lead defined workstreams, present recommendations, and prepare for a long-term role with increased responsibility based on business needs and program completion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Support risk assessments and engagement planning.
- Review business processes, data, and internal controls.
- Document observations and evaluate supporting evidence.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand root causes and practical improvement opportunities.
- Prepare clear workpapers, summaries, and presentations.
- Track agreed actions and support follow-up activities.
- Contribute to projects that strengthen governance, risk management, controls, and operational effectiveness.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree completed before the program start date in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Zero to three years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel based on engagement and business needs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Internship, co-op, student-program, or project experience in Audit, Accounting, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related area.
- Experience using data to identify trends, evaluate processes, or support decisions.
- Exposure to internal controls, process improvement, audit methodology, or project management.
- Strong interest in the automotive industry and global collaboration.
