Minimum Requirements:
- Bachlor's Degree
- Active BCaBA Certification
- Active MI License as a BCaBA
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a certified BCaBA
Position Details:
- This is a flexible, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Dearborn, MI.
- Support a small caseload of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Typical schedule: Flexible. Must be available a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Under supervision of BCBA, provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Conduct parent training and caregiver consultations as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines.
