SUPERVISORY HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MILITARY)

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as first level supervisor providing specialized knowledge and expertise in planning, directing, and executing the functional responsibilities and procedures for the Customer Support Element of the Military Personnel Flight (MPF) and provide and assist commanders and senior leaders on military personnel programs.

Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time. Manages all military personnel programs that fall under Military Personnel Flight Customer Support Section for the installation and associated units, which includes but is not limited to processing ID card requests in DEERS and RAPIDS. Retrieve ID cards. Oversees multiple office automation software functions.
