Description

Jays Famous is seeking a Kitchen Prep Cook position to assist with food prep, keep areas clean, and support the kitchen staff. This role is part of a great team and culture of Pen Mart, Jays Famous, and May Brands Dunkin!

Job duties for the position includes:

Prep and prepare foods as assigned
Dish up food and/or assist in food preparation as requested
Notify supervisor of needed supplies and equipment malfunctions
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe kitchen environment
Clean/sanitize equipment, floors, drains, storage area and sinks
Soak and clean pots and pans, as directed
Store food properly and follow all food safety guidelines
Embrace and demonstrate the core values of May Brands, Pen Mart and Jays Famous
