What will you be doing?

As a Client Director - Hospitality & Retail on the TOLA sales team, you will own the executive
relationship, growth strategy, and revenue outcomes for a portfolio of large hospitality and retail
customers across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. This role is built for a seasoned enterprise sales leader who thrives on building long-term strategic partnerships, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and turning customer business priorities into technology outcomes.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across hotels and resorts, restaurants and
quick-service, big-box and specialty retail, grocery, convenience, and e-commerce and omnichannel
businesses. You will be equally comfortable in a CIO or CTO strategy session, a store-operations or
guest-experience workshop, and a commercial negotiation with procurement.

You will partner with WWT solution architects, OEM partners, services and integration teams, and
finance to develop solutions that are technically sound, financially aligned, and value-driven.
Leveraging WWT's Advanced Technology Center (ATC) for demos, workshops, and proofs-of-concept,
you will accelerate customer decision-making and deliver exceptional outcomes.

This is a senior sales leadership role for someone who loves winning, building trust at the executive
level, and connecting technology investment to business results such as guest experience, same-store
sales, supply chain efficiency, loss prevention, and operational resilience.

Responsibilities:

Account Strategy and Revenue Ownership
- Own the annual account plan, pipeline, forecast, and quota attainment for assigned hospitality and
retail accounts across TOLA.
- Build multi-year account strategies that expand WWT's footprint across data center, cloud,
networking, security, digital workplace, and AI.

- Maintain forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline in Salesforce, including timely close-date, stage,
and gross profit updates.
- Identify whitespace, qualify and shape opportunities early, and drive deals from first conversation
through close and delivery.

Vertical Market Leadership - Hospitality and Retail
- Develop deep knowledge of vertical priorities: store and property modernization, point-of-sale and
payments, guest and customer experience, personalization, omnichannel and e-commerce,
inventory and supply chain, and loss prevention.
- Position WWT solutions for edge and in-store/in-property infrastructure, SD-WAN and Wi-Fi,
PCI-aligned security and cyber resilience, hybrid cloud, and AI and data initiatives such as demand
forecasting and computer vision.
- Track vertical trends, competitors, M&A, and capital cycles, and translate them into account and
territory plans.
- Represent WWT at relevant industry events, customer forums, and executive roundtables across
the region.

Executive Engagement and Relationship Leadership
- Build and sustain C-level and VP-level relationships (CIO, CTO, CISO, CFO, COO, and
business-unit leaders) as the customer's go-to WWT executive.
- Lead executive business reviews, strategy sessions, and ATC briefings that connect customer KPIs
to technology roadmaps.

- Navigate complex buying centers and procurement processes, setting expectations with clarity and

precision.
- Act as the escalation point and advocate for customer success, working through issues with
urgency and ownership.

Solution Orchestration and Partner Collaboration
- Orchestrate WWT resources, including solution architects, consulting, ATC, integration and supply
chain, services, and finance, around each pursuit.
- Collaborate closely with strategic OEM partners (for example, Cisco, Dell, NVIDIA, HPE, Palo Alto
Networks, and others) to craft unified, multi-vendor solutions and joint account plans.
- Leverage the ATC for demos, workshops, proofs-of-concept, and solution validation.
- Partner with WWT Finance and Legal on deal structure, financing options, contracts, and
commercial terms.

Team Leadership and Internal Collaboration
- Lead virtual account teams and drive alignment with Client Executives, CSAs, Client Solution
Managers, and delivery leaders.
- Coordinate with TOLA sales leadership on territory priorities, forecast calls, and regional initiatives.
- Share best practices, win stories, and customer insights across the region to raise overall
performance.
- Model WWT's culture of innovation, teamwork, curiosity, and customer-first service.
