Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

The Role

As an LMFT, you will meet with individuals, couples, and families through telehealth and help them work through concerns that may be difficult to address on their own. Some sessions may focus on resolving conflict, while others may involve rebuilding communication, adjusting to change, or understanding patterns that continue to affect relationships. You will have a regular weekday schedule and the flexibility of working remotely while maintaining responsibility for your own cases and documentation.

What Your Week May Include

  • Meeting with individuals, couples, and families for virtual sessions
  • Working through communication problems and relationship concerns
  • Helping clients address conflict, family changes, or parenting challenges
  • Setting goals together and reviewing them as therapy continues
  • Completing session notes and keeping records current
  • Discussing complex cases with other clinicians when needed
  • Maintaining professional and licensing requirements for practice in Arkansas

Requirements

  • Active Arkansas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience
  • Telehealth experience preferred
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently
