Job Description/Responsibilities
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and production targets are achieved. This role is hands-on and team-focused, driving performance through strong leadership, clear communication, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in developing team members while partnering across departments to keep operations running efficiently in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and efficiency goals
- Supervise, coach, and develop team members through training and performance management
- Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with GMPs, safety standards, and company policies
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Partner cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support operations
Qualifications/Requirements
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- This is an entry level role requiring roughly 2 to 5 years (maximum) supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement practices
- Experience working with ERP systems and production reporting tools
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as needed

The annual salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 yearly. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and internal pay equity considerations.
