Real Estate Finance Associate (Real Estate Capital Markets)
About the role
Overview
Nelson Mullins is seeking a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Real Estate Capital Markets group ideally located in the Atlanta office. As an AmLaw 100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic and growing team.
A Day in the Life
The Real Estate Capital Markets (RECM) team brings together a range of perspectives — real estate, finance, bankruptcy, corporate, regulatory, and tax. Whether closing commercial real estate loans, buying or selling loans and loan portfolios, conducting due diligence for large multi-property and multi-loan transactions, administering assets pledged under master repurchase facilities, or securitizing and servicing loans as master or special servicer, the team works to get deals done in a timely and efficient manner. RECM represents national banking associations, regional and local banks, life insurance companies, pension funds and mutual funds, private equity groups, REITs, CMBS master and special servicers, and other non-bank financial institutions.
We Know You
