About the role
Love travel planning, airline loyalty programs, and finding creative ways to get members where they want to go?
We're looking for an experienced Travel Agent to join Ten Lifestyle Group, helping members of a premium financial services program book flights, redeem points, and create seamless travel experiences.
This is not a script-driven contact center role.
You'll manage complex travel requests from start to finish, including award travel, international itineraries, multi-city journeys, flight changes, and in-trip support. One moment you might be securing a business-class redemption to Tokyo, the next helping a member rework a disrupted itinerary across multiple destinations.
If you enjoy solving travel challenges, working within airline loyalty programs, and delivering exceptional service, we'd love to hear from you.

- Book domestic and international flights using Amadeus and other travel tools
- Manage airline loyalty and points redemption requests
- Build complex itineraries, including multi-city and international journeys
- Handle exchanges, reissues, schedule changes, and cancellations
- Book hotels and car rentals to support travel plans
- Research travel options and identify creative solutions when availability is limited
- Communicate confidently with members via phone, email, and chat
- Take ownership of each request from initial enquiry to completion
Why Join Ten
- Work on interesting and complex travel requests every day
- Develop deeper expertise in airline loyalty programs and premium travel
- Be part of a supportive global travel team
- Access opportunities for growth within a leading lifestyle and travel business
- Help create exceptional experiences for members around the world

- NYC perks: Commuter benefits, lifestyle discounts, global client network access
- Career Growth: World-class training, mentorship, and advancement in luxury lifestyle service.
