Interview Scheduler

We're looking for an experienced Interview Scheduler to join our Talent Acquisition team on a six-month contract. Location: E20 1JQ Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Rate: £16.76/h PAYE What you'll do Schedule interviews and assessments across a busy portfolio of live vacancies Coordinate between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels Manage complex diaries, time zones, reschedules, and cancellations with minimal fuss Send interview invites, joining instructions, and candidate communications Keep records accurate and up to date in the ATS Support recruitment administration, reporting, and compliance activity Spot opportunities to improve how we work and help us deliver a faster, better serviceRequirements At least 3 years in interview scheduling, recruitment coordination, or HR administration Experience supporting high-volume recruitment Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Confidence with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office - particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word Sharp attention to detail and a genuine commitment to candidate experience Fluent EnglishIf you are interested, apply with your cv o call Rocio (phone number removed) --- Fusion People are committed to promoting equal opportunities to people regardless of age, gender, religion, belief, race, sexuality or disability.
