Job Description HR Advisor /n A premier US law firm in the city is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support the London team on an 18 month – FTC. The human resources function at the firm oversees the operational aspects of payroll, employee benefits and the implementation of HR policies and procedures. /n What’s on Offer: /n /n - Competitive Salary /n - 18 months – FTC /n - Hybrid working /n - Fantastic Employee Benefits /n /n HR Advisor – What you’ll be doing: /n /n - Manage parental leave processes, including maternity, shared parental and paternity leave. /n - Manage long-term absence and occupational health cases. /n - Oversee immigration matters, including visa applications, renewals and tracking. /n - Assist with arrangements for short-term assignments to and from other offices and client secondments /n - Manage flexible working requests. /n - Support on HRIS (Workday) projects, initiatives, and programmes for London. /n - Provide support on employee relations matters. /n - Carry out employee onboarding and offboarding processes. /n - Draft HR correspondence and letters as required. /n - Produce ad-hoc reports when required. /n - Support cyclical HR activities and provide ad-hoc assistance to the Director of Administration and Head of HR, if required. /n /n HR Advisor- What we are looking for : /n /n - Previous experience in a law firm environment. /n - Knowledge of UK immigration matters, including sponsorship. /n - Strong knowledge of UK employment law. /n - Strong IT skills: Workday experience is advantageous. /n - Highly organised, responsive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. /n /n
