About the role
Our client is a successful family business, who are investing in their next phase of growth. Knowing the next two years will be a critical time, they wish to appoint a part time Senior HR Change Consultant for this period of time to work with the board and CEO to provide
practical HR leadership for cultural change, improved employee engagement, the strengthening of line management capability and to provide structure during this period of transformation. With locations near Kings Lynn in Norfolk, and in North London, you will be working with the teams at both sites. It is anticipated for the need to be 3 days per week during the first year of the contract and 2 days per week during the second year
although during peak projects times flexibility in this will be appreciated. The majority of employees are based in Norfolk, so the split of your time is likely to favour this location. There are exciting plans in place, including a new ERP and development of an in-house learning Academy. The Senior HR Change Consultant will have an holistic approach to HR, bringing clarity, support and improvement to the roles in the business, talent management and retention, embedding of values and behaviours and bring a trusted advisor to the directors on the risks, opportunities, structure and governance of HR. This is a hands-on role where your experience and strategic capability needs to be matched with the desire to get on the shop floor and really understand the business from the ground up. In this way, you will not only be able to achieve the project outcomes, but create a sustainable handover plan for the long-term sustainability of HR within the business. If you are an experienced HR Contractor looking to partner with a highly successful business during this exciting period of transformation, then we would love to hear from you.
