This pivotal role involves leading the development and maintenance of a comprehensive HSE management system framework, ensuring compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture across the organisation, as well as delivered to its customers.The key responsibilities include: Establishing and maintaining the organisation's global HSE management system aligned with international standards, including ISO accreditations.Monitoring and analysing HSE metrics and KPIs to track performance trends and identify areas of improvement on a strategic, global scale.Leading internal assurance activities, including audits and incident investigations, to embed best practices.Leading the delivery of regulatory compliance, changes, and M&A activities with detailed due diligenceCollaborating with global teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure consistent HSE standards across regions.Delivery commercial goals for the team, with involvement on bids for new business and tender closes.The ideal candidate will have: Robust knowledge of international HSE standards, regulations, and management systems experience, with credible examples when asked.True global experience with international travel, not just delivering projects remotelyExtensive experience leading global HSE strategies within complex, dynamic organisations.Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and audit management skills.NEBOSH Diploma qualified (equivalent) and a Certified IOSH Member ship as a minimumThis is an excellent opportunity to influence a global organisation's approach to health and safety governance and develop your leadership career in a strategic, impactful role.For more information or to apply, please contact Irwin and Colton at or .Discipline(s): Facilities Management and Property, Health and SafetyJob type: Permanent
