Multitrade Location: North London Contract Type: Temporary (Ongoing) Rate: £22.43 - £29.28 per hour Hours: 36 Hours per week Social Housing Experience Required Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known client based in the North London area, who are looking for a highly skilled Multitrade - Carpenter to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Multitrade Carpenter: Carrying out responsive repairs and planned maintenance to occupied and void social housing properties. Completing first and second-fix carpentry works to properties, communal areas and external areas. Repairing and replacing doors, door frames, architraves, skirting boards and other timber fixtures. Installing and repairing kitchen units, worktops, cupboards and other joinery. Carrying out repairs to flooring, floorboards, timber structures and other carpentry elements. Completing repairs to windows, frames and other timber components where required. Undertaking repairs to damaged timber following leaks, damp, rot or general wear and tear. Completing void property works to ensure properties are brought up to the required lettable standard. Working from job sheets and schedules to complete repairs within agreed timescales
