Schedule/Supply Coordinator

• Develop and maintain nursing schedules for RN's, LPNs, CNAs, and other assigned nursing personnel. 
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels based on resident census, acuity, facility needs and established staffing requirements. 
• Monitor daily staffing and identify open-shifts, call-offs, and potential staffing shortages.
• Maintain adequate inventory of nursing, order supplies according to established par levels, census, and usage
• enter and/or correct missed punches and other timekeeping discrepancies in accordance
• maintain accurate employee availability, approved PTO, leaves of absence, and scheduling restrictions
• Maintain an accurate, up to-date-running balance of available spending dollars
• coordinate with nursing leadership regarding resident-specific and specialty supply needs
