About the role

Summary
Job Summary
The Education Quality Trainer serves as the regional subject matter expert for educational quality,
regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and Quality Rating Improvement Systems (QRIS). This
role partners closely with Operating Partner and School leaders teaching them how to improve
educational outcomes, ensure quality and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across
assigned schools within a designated region.
The Education Quality Trainer provides coaching, training, consultation, assessment, and strategic
support to help schools achieve and sustain excellence in early childhood education programs. The role
serves as a liaison between corporate and our operating partners, regulatory agencies, accreditation
organizations, and corporate stakeholders while promoting a culture of accountability, professional
growth, and educational excellence.
Essential Functions
Major Tasks
• Conduct quality assessments, classroom observations, and compliance reviews across assigned
schools.
• Monitor adherence to company standards, licensing regulations, QRIS requirements,
accreditation standards, and safety expectations.
• Identify strengths, risks, and opportunities for improvement and provide actionable
recommendations to Operating Partners and School Leadership.
• Support schools in maintaining compliance and exceeding minimum regulatory requirements
through aspirational quality practices.
• Assist Operating Partners and school leadership in diagnosing operational and educational
challenges and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Recommend improvements based on trends in compliance, assessment results, and best
practices.
• Design, facilitate, and deliver quality training programs focused on curriculum implementation,
classroom management, quality standards, health and safety practices, and child development.
• Develop targeted training in response to quality findings, compliance concerns, assessment
results, and organizational priorities.
• Track progress of quality improvement initiatives.
• Lead corporate workshops, meetings, and professional learning communities that strengthen
educational effectiveness and operational consistency.
• Model best practices and provide in-school support, as needed, to improve instructional quality
and child outcomes.

• Lead regional efforts related to QRIS participation, quality ratings, accreditation preparation, and
continuous improvement planning.
• Guide schools through self-assessment, documentation preparation, environmental
enhancements, and evaluation readiness activities.
• Ensure schools are prepared for state, local, and national quality assessments.
• Partner with accrediting agencies and regulatory representatives to support quality achievement
goals.
• Maintain expert knowledge of state licensing regulations, QRIS requirements, and accreditation
standards.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to Operating Partners and school leadership teams on education,
quality, and compliance matters.
• Support the development and implementation of company policies, procedures, and quality
initiatives.
• Stay informed of current trends and emerging research in early childhood education.
• Promote consistency in educational practices and program excellence throughout the region.
• Contribute to enterprise-wide projects and strategic initiatives that advance organizational quality
goals
