About the Position: This position is with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Directorate of Civil Works - Office of Legislative & Tribal Affairs.

Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of a team managing USACE legislative engagement, congressional affairs, and tribal affairs portfolios.

Direct the planning and execution of congressional activities, including drafting testimony, hearing preparation, and responding to legislative inquiries.

Advise senior Army and Corps leadership on legislative strategy, policy implications, and congressional priorities affecting the Civil Works program.

Foster government-to-government relationships with Tribal Nations and ensure compliance with policies governing tribal consultation.

Lead the strategic planning process to align the Civil Works Program with Administration, Army, and Assistant Secretary of the Army priorities.
