OPERATIONS AND TRAINING SPECIALIST

This is a National Guard Title 32 Excepted position for a OPERATIONS AND TRAINING SPECIALIST, Position Description Number PDD0607000, and is part of the SC SCARNG TRNG SITE CMD, South Carolina Army National Guard.

This position is located in the Operations and Training Division, Directorate of Plans, Training and Mobilization of an Army National Guard Major Training Area (MTA). The purpose of this position is to manage and direct the activities of the Operations and Training Division assuring ranges, training facilities, training aids and devices are available to users of the training site. Work involves supervising or performing work requiring knowledge of (a) the basic processes of administration, (b) the principles and standard practices of management, and (c) the techniques of organization, direction, coordination, and control.
