Retail Operations Support Specialist - Accelerator

Job Description:

The Retail Operations Support Specialist - Accelerator is responsible for ensuring that the Accelerator Retail team has the tools, processes, information, and operational support they need to execute with excellence in store every day.

This will be achieved by working closely – on a day-to-day basis - with the Senior Manager, Retail Operations (Accelerator), their channel stakeholders and the Retail Strategy and Operations team.

The key link between the Accelerator internal teams and their Retail partners in the field, the role is integral in enabling us to meet our goals by enabling the translation of agreed customer strategies into actionable, measurable in-store activities. In doing so, the role will need to be an excellent communicator with strong program and project management skills and a high level of expertise in translating priorities into action.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience), preferably with an emphasis in business management, project management, or technology management
• MBA preferred
• Understanding of the work of a field-based Retail Sales organization
• 3+ years of experience, with progressive responsibilities in program, project, and technology management
• Demonstrated application of this experience in a Sales environment, understanding of sales technology
