About the role

Job Summary:

CCL’s Engineering Rotational Program is a three year program for recent college graduates. The engineering assignments could include Process Engineering, Product Engineering, Quality Engineering, Operational Excellence/Supply Chain, and Research and Development. Prior to the engineering assignments the individual(s) in this role will spend their first 30 days on the plant floor as a front line worker in order to experience our production process first-hand.

CCL’s engineering rotational program will provide engineering experiences to help shape career growth by granting exposure to different company operations which in turn, set the stage for a wide variety of potential career paths. At CCL career paths can range from technical subject matter experts to future leadership roles. You will receive mentorship by experienced CCL business leaders throughout the process.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities will align with the department and role the employee is assigned to during each rotation.

  • Process Engineer
  • Research and Development Engineer
  • Applications Development Engineer
  • All other duties assigned by manager and local site needs

  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • 10% travel.


Education and Experience:

  • Recent or soon to be college graduate with a bachelor's degree or above in Engineering.
  • Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 required, overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.
  • Experience from previous internships, jobs, or projects.
  • Leadership roles in extracurricular activities, employment, or internships is required.
  • Leads self and others to desired outcomes.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to be on feet for long periods.
