About the role
Stellantis is transforming into a customer centric sustainable mobility company and is looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our team. The Cross Carline & Project Engineering Team is a critical part of the vehicle development with responsibly to ensure overall program level feasibility and target setting.
The Program Technical Lead will be operatively attached to the Program Chief Vehicle Engineer (CVE) and will be responsible for coordinating the activities of Technical Specialists across the project, ensuring seamless integration of technical deliverables, change management, and product/process convergence.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of Technical Specialists across all projects within the assigned program.
- Ensure alignment of vehicle composition, product/process convergence, and change management processes with program milestones.
- Support the CVE in technical decision-making, escalation forums, and cross-functional coordination.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of technical dashboards (e.g., Connections/Fasteners, Change Management KPIs).
- Facilitate multi-site coordination and synchronization of part modifications with project planning.
- Drive quality convergence and support defect resolution across key manufacturing processes (Welding, Painting, Assembly).
- Manage rework activities for vehicles during development and pre-SOP phases.
- Act as a technical liaison between PMO leadership, CVEs, and QTP Managers to ensure consistent execution of Stellantis PDP deliverables.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Minimum of 8 years of automotive industry experience in product development, program management, or technical leadership
- Must be a highly motivated, detail oriented, and a self-directed process thinker
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong written and presentation skills are a must
- Advanced to expert skill level in using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to interface with all levels of management

- Full Program Life-cycle Experience
- Stellantis PDP understanding
- Launch experience a plus
- Manufacturing process fundamentals understanding
- Ability to quickly learn use of proprietary Stellantis software
