About the role

Primary Purpose
Leads planning and execution of moderately complex IT projects, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and organizational priorities. Drives collaboration across teams to achieve successful outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

Leads planning and execution of moderately complex IT projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
Advises on changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques to keep the project plan accurate.
Performs regular project and quality assurance reviews with all relevant stakeholders.
Identifies potential risks and issues and participates in implementing mitigation strategies.
Identifies appropriate resources needed and develops a schedule to ensure timely completion of projects focusing on targeted outcomes.
Engages with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Generates and presents reports to highlight key performance indicators and overall project health.
Ensures adherence to cybersecurity and data privacy regulations.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Required: Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Experience

Required: Typically requires 8 years of related experience.

Required: Budget Management - Estimates revenue and expenses over a specified future period of time, and re-evaluates these on a periodic basis.
Required: Project Risk Management - The process of identifying, analyzing and responding to any risk that arises over the life cycle of a project to help the project remain on track and meet its goal.
Required: Data Analysis - Measuring and managing organization data, identifying methodological best practices and conducting statistical analyses.
Required: Project Quality Management - Ensures projects are delivered to an agreed quality.
Required: KPI/Metric Monitoring - The monitoring of performance indicators that demonstrate how effectively a company is achieving key business objectives.
Required: Product Roadmapping - Maps out the vision and strategic objectives for a product in a visual way, making it easier for development teams to share and collaborate.
