Primary Purpose
Leads advanced analysis and scenario planning to guide strategic decisions. Develops comprehensive recommendations that strengthen competitive positioning and long-term growth strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conducts in-depth research and analysis to support the development and refinement of the organization's strategic plans.
  • Identifies and evaluates potential acquisition and divestiture opportunities aligned with the organization's long-term goals.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data to inform strategic decision-making processes.
  • Develops detailed financial models and forecasts to assess the viability of new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitors industry trends and competitive dynamics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Creates comprehensive presentations and reports that summarize strategic opportunities and recommendations for leadership review.
  • Conducts due diligence and prepares necessary documentation to support the negotiation process for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic alliances by conducting due diligence and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Tracks the implementation of strategic plans, measuring progress against key performance indicators and reporting on outcomes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education
  • Required: Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
Experience
  • Required: Typically requires 8 years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Required: Ability to apply independent judgment in ambiguous or high-impact situations.
  • Required: Ability to evaluate complex trade-offs among growth, risk, capital allocation, and execution.
  • Required: Ability to guide project-level strategic or development decisions with minimal oversight.
  • Required: Knowledge of how strategic and investment decisions translate into operating plans and results.
  • Required: Skill in developing and testing advanced strategic or financial scenarios.
  • Required: Skill in negotiating analytical positions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Required: Specialized knowledge of enterprise strategy and corporate development practices.
