Oversees prioritization of initiatives and ensures alignment with business goals.
Establishes performance metrics and monitors delivery outcomes across teams.
Drives adoption of agile practices and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Manages stakeholder relationships and negotiates priorities to maximize product value.
Develops talent through coaching, succession planning, and career development.
Prepares and manages budgets for assigned product areas.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

Required: Typically requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Experience

Required: Typically requires 8 years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Required: Ability to drive consistent product execution.
Required: Ability to lead supervisors or senior product professionals.

Required: In-depth knowledge of digital product delivery across domains.
