SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Directs, coordinates, and integrates diverse programs, initiatives, and master planning activities that support the Installation community. Responsible for planning, programming, and directing the mission of the Branch for Garrison master planning and construction programming.

Develops the Installation's plans for expansion of facilities and utilities to support Installation growth and development.

Provides technical assistance on site planning, facility layout and development for all construction activities on the Installation.

Plans work to be accomplished by subordinates; sets and adjusts priorities and task completion dates, and reviews completed work.

Maintains liaison with and represents the Installation at meetings on matters relating to long-range and short-range master planning, military construction, and real property initiatives.
