As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of commercial real estate buildings, common areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
