Material Coordinator

Every successful project depends on having the right materials in the right place at the right time. As a Material Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in keeping our construction teams productive, supporting project success, and ensuring materials move efficiently from delivery to deployment. What You'll Do:

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and deliveries.
• Stage and label materials for upcoming projects and daily crew needs.
• Coordinate material requests from Superintendents and Project Managers.
• Track material movements, shortages, damages, and returns to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Deliver materials to jobsites and pick up materials from suppliers as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and inventory control initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and yard.
• Support Yard Coordinator responsibilities when needed.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, construction, or material handling preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently.
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of accountability.
• Comfortable using Outlook, Excel, and inventory management systems.
• Forklift certification required; telehandler experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record (CDL a plus).
