Physical Therapist - Early Supports and Services

Lakes Region Community Services is currently recruiting for a Physical Therapist (PT) for Early Supports and Services to join our Family Resource Center team. This is a part-time opportunity with flexibility to become a full-time position. The position includes assessing as part of a trans-disciplinary team to determine current development level and eligibility for Early Intervention services. Additionally, the PT will develop and implement an Individualized Family Service Plan with family and other appropriate individuals.

The right candidate will have experience working with young children and their families in the community, be comfortable with family-centered approaches, be committed to working in a team environment, and be flexible with scheduling. Experience with and knowledge of Early Supports and Services is preferred. 

Requirements

The qualified candidate is required to possess a minimum of a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT). Additionally, a license from the NH Office of Professional Licensure and Certification is required. 1-2 years of professional experience and working with young children and families is preferred. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance are required.
