About the role
Position Overview
The Service Readiness Quality Analyst supports the development, execution, and continuous improvement of quality standards and processes within the Service Readiness organization. Working closely with the Quality Lead, Service Readiness leadership, Mobilization team, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role assesses readiness quality, identifies gaps and trends, monitors process compliance, and supports corrective and preventive actions. The Analyst independently manages assigned quality activities, analyzes data and findings, and provides actionable recommendations, escalating significant risks to the Quality Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality reviews and readiness assessments of mobilization plans, documentation, and checklists; validate completeness and flag gaps, inconsistencies, and deviations before, during, and after mobilization/launch.
- Apply and help maintain Service Readiness quality standards, checklists, templates, and SOPs; monitor process adherence and flag inconsistent or risky practices.
- Maintain quality trackers/dashboards; analyze KPIs and trends; prepare routine quality reports for the Quality Lead and Service Readiness leadership.
- Identify, document, and track quality risks, issues, and defects through resolution; assess impact to readiness/operations/timelines; escalate significant or recurring issues.
- Support root-cause analysis on recurring issues; recommend and track corrective/preventive actions through completion and validate effectiveness.
- Identify and help implement continuous-improvement opportunities from lessons learned; support the Service Readiness Quality Playbook and knowledge management.
- Partner with Mobilization Analysts/Leads and cross-functional stakeholders in readiness reviews and working sessions; communicate findings objectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations, quality, or project management (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in QA, operations, process improvement, compliance, or service delivery
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) proficiency
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and own issues through resolution
Preferred Qualifications
- Audit/assessment/process-review experience
- Root-cause analysis and CAPA experience
- Lean/Six Sigma exposure
- Dashboard/KPI development experience
- Project management experience
- Experience in complex/regulated operational environments
Compensation Ranges
Compensation ranges for ASM Research positions vary depending on multiple factors; including but not limited to, location, skill set, level of education, certifications, client requirements, contract-specific affordability, government clearance and investigation level, and years of experience. The compensation displayed for this role is a general guideline based on these factors and is unique to each role. Monetary compensation is one component of ASM's overall compensation and benefits package for employees.
