About the role
The Associate Customer Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation of sold groups that are generally under 250 lives for Life, AD&D, Disability, and Supplemental Health Benefits. This role supports the installation of assigned small-group cases from post-sale through delivery of final implementation materials, billing setup, and transition to Account Management.
What you will do
- Coordinate routine small-group implementations Accountable for coordinating the implementation of generally noncomplex groups under 250 lives. Partner with internal departments such as Contracts, Claims, Underwriting, Compliance, Billing, Sales, Account Management, and Operations to support timely and accurate onboarding of new Workforce Benefits customers. Responsibilities may include tracking implementation milestones, collecting required information, updating implementation tools or trackers, preparing standard implementation materials, and ensuring required tasks are completed according to established timelines.
- Research and resolve standard implementation items Research routine installation questions and partner with internal teams to resolve standard implementation issues. Review submitted information for completeness and accuracy, identify missing or inconsistent items, and follow up with appropriate internal or external partners. May assist with reviewing standard contract drafts or implementation documentation to confirm alignment with submitted employer information. Escalates complex, unusual, or high-risk issues to a senior team member, manager, or appropriate business partner.
- Support customer, broker, and internal communication Communicate directly with customers, brokers, consultants, and internal partners through email, phone, or video conference to support the implementation process. Provide status updates, request missing information, answer routine process questions, and support a smooth transition to Account Management. May assist with eligibility feed coordination for standard cases, working with internal partners and escalating technical or complex feed issues as appropriate. Supports other Implementation Managers with projects, documentation, or peak-season implementation activities as needed.

Compensation
Hourly Range: $24.62 - $41.04 plus eligibility for annual bonus program.
