Contractor Engagement Manager (REMOTE)

The Contractor Engagement Manager helps drive the success of Atlas’s contractor initiatives, elevating brand awareness, market understanding, and visibility across all engagement channels. Acting as a national brand ambassador, this role is focused on the development of current and future contractor relationships through continuous program enhancements and digital platforms, managing strategic partnerships within our 3rd party ecosystem, and serving as the lead driver for the Atlas Para Latino program and its ongoing success.
CONTRACTOR ENGAGEMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with the Director of Contractor Growth & Engagement to build strategic third-party alliances, providing contractors with high-value business tools, sales enablement, and leadership training to drive new customer acquisition.
- Co-develop and evolve contractor loyalty programs, ensuring incentives, rewards, and internal processes effectively support long-term growth goals.
- Maintain a monthly communication cadence with existing partners to review shared data, assess program success, and collaborate on improvements.
- Partner with the Director of Contractor Growth & Engagement and Digital Project Manager to drive UI/UX improvements and deliver a world-class contractor experience.
- Serve as core brand liaison at key industry events, fostering robust contractor relationships through field engagement, educational sessions, and impactful public speaking.
- Support the rollout and implementation of new Atlas contractor programs, incentives, and overarching strategies for both sales representatives and external contractors.
- Track competitor loyalty programs, reward tiers, and promotional campaigns, maintaining a comprehensive database to deliver monthly competitive intelligence briefs to leadership.
- Spearhead the Latino market growth strategy by sourcing new contractor partnerships and developing tailored engagement models for the Para Latino
- Act as the primary advisor for the Para Latino space, stepping in to guide strategic sponsorships and co-collaborative efforts across marketing and national accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure all Spanish-language sales enablement tools, messaging, and communications align perfectly with overarching strategic initiatives.
- Travel alongside the ProForce team to mentor, train, and support contractors and sales personnel, ensuring the effective utilization of Atlas tools and partnerships.
- Facilitate in-person and virtual onboarding sessions for new ProForce sales team members to familiarize them with the contractor portal and engagement platforms.
- Partner with sales management as a bilingual SME to support the development and growth of key Spanish-speaking accounts.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance metrics across contractor engagement, rebates, and program participation, translating data into actionable insights to drive company goals.
- Evaluate market reactions to advertising campaigns, marketing collateral, and sales tools, proactively adjusting strategies to navigate shifting competitive conditions.
- Travel frequently for regional sales meetings, vendor relations, trade shows, customer trips, training, and plant visitation - 50%+ travel, depending on the time of year.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A four-year degree or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of experience in direct contractor sales or relationship management within the roofing industry.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Fluent in English & Spanish (Reading, Writing, Speaking). Spanish language proficiency required.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures and government regulations.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers.
- Experience as a bilingual main stage speaker for diverse audiences (English/Spanish).
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel), Power BI, and diverse data visualization tools.
- Previously navigated a complex matrix of concurrent customer and alliance partnerships.
- Experience with contact management and CRM tools.
- Experience using social media to engage customers and prospects as an effective alternative to traditional customer outreach.
- Strong presentation skills; presentation development, large and small group lead presenter
- Strong organizational and effective time management skills
