Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Welders for projects located in or around Fort Collins, CO. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $23–$35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), and Flux-Core (FCAW) welding as required
• Weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
• Complete structural, pipe, production, industrial, and fabrication welding projects
• Perform fit-up, layout, cutting, grinding, and fabrication tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
• Fabricate, repair, and assemble structural steel, equipment, piping, and manufactured products
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all jobsite safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous professional welding or fabrication experience
• Ability to safely operate welding equipment
• Basic fabrication and measurement skills
• Welding hood and proper PPE
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work safely in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments
• Some assignments may require a weld test, certification, or project-specific welding procedure qualification

Preferred:

•  Experience in one or more of the following areas is encouraged:
