We are currently seeking an HR Business Partner.
General Summary:
The HR Business Partner works with HR and business leaders to support a high-performing, future-ready organization. This role provides HR partnership, organization effectiveness support, workforce planning, change management, and data-driven insights that help leaders make better people and business decisions. The ideal candidate brings HR business partner experience, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to use technology, AI, and people data to improve HR processes and employee outcomes.
Essential Job Functions:
Executive Consulting & Strategic Partnership
• Partner with executives, HR leaders, and business stakeholders to understand people and organizational needs.
• Develop clear presentations, analyses, and recommendations that connect HR priorities to business outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions with leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Translate workforce and organizational data into practical insights and action plans.
Change Management & Transformation
• Support business changes, transformation efforts, and new ways of working.
• Create change plans, communication approaches, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Assess readiness, risks, and adoption needs for key organizational changes.
• Help leaders and managers reinforce and sustain change.
HR Partnership, Organization Design & Effectiveness
• Partner with HR and business leaders to improve team structures, roles, accountability, and ways of working.
• Support organization design, restructuring, operating model, and workforce planning projects.
• Conduct organizational assessments and summarize findings into clear recommendations.
• Provide HR generalist support related to talent, employee experience, manager effectiveness, and organizational health.
Talent & Capability Development
• Support leadership, team, manager, and organizational capability initiatives.
• Help identify capability gaps and recommend practical solutions.
• Develop tools, templates, and frameworks that improve consistency and effectiveness.
Analytics, AI & Workforce Insights
• Use people data and workforce metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Use AI, automation, and digital tools to improve HR processes and decision support.
• Create reports, dashboards, summaries, and visuals that help leaders make informed decisions.
• Track progress and outcomes for key organizational effectiveness initiatives.
Supportive Job Functions:
• Support special projects, strategic initiatives, and leadership presentations as needed.
• Maintain tools, frameworks, processes, and documentation.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Organization Effectiveness & Design: Knowledge of organizational effectiveness, organization design, workforce planning, and organizational development principles.
- Business & Workforce Acumen: Ability to understand business priorities and translate workforce needs into practical solutions.
- Analytics & Insights: Ability to interpret workforce data and convert findings into actionable recommendations.
- Technology & AI Fluency: Experience leveraging analytics, automation, AI-enabled tools, and reporting solutions.
- Executive Communication & Influence: Strong presentation, facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic Execution: Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and organizational change leadership.
Education, Experience, and Certification*:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five or more years of progressive experience in HR, HR business partnership, organizational effectiveness, organization development, talent management, workforce planning, or a related area.
- Experience supporting change, transformation, organization design, restructuring, or workforce planning initiatives.
- Experience creating presentations, analyzing data, and presenting recommendations to leaders.
- Experience with organization design, operating models, people analytics, Power BI, Excel, Copilot, or comparable tools.
- MBA or Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred.
- Minimal travel; location anywhere in the United States. Preferred locations: Dallas, Chicago, or other cities close to airports.

Scope of Job:
- Operates with significant autonomy and influences leaders across multiple functions.
- Partners with HR leaders and business leaders on organization design, workforce planning, change management, and talent effectiveness initiatives.
- Regularly interacts with senior leaders and may facilitate discussions involving organizational structure, workforce strategy, and business transformation.
- Impacts organizational effectiveness, workforce productivity, leadership effectiveness, employee experience, and change adoption.
- Requires access to sensitive employee, organizational, talent, and workforce data.
- Supports enterprise initiatives that influence organizational performance and future workforce readiness.
