About the role

This position is organizationally aligned to the Medical Imagine Division, of the Clemet J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, Milwaukee, WI. The primary duties are Medical Imaging Importing Program oversight, assisting with data collection, analysis of trends, and implementation of best practices.

Duties: Provides staff support including office operations (timekeeping, on-call calendars and office supply order and procurement) VA data systems (PACS, CPRS, EHRM, Vista, Citrix, LEAF, PACA Scan) Serves as the first point of contact regarding questions about the clinical Importing Program Collaborates with internal & external organizations across the catchment area to assist with education and consultation to community partners and stake holders to enhance and improve imaging service for Veterans at their local facility. receives calls, assists Veterans, families & staff who are seeking imaging services. Prepares files and images in a timely manner. Assists staff with data when completing required administrative tasks such as monthly, quarterly or yearly reports. Assist with data collection, analysis of trends and implementation of best practices Primary Timekeeper for the Medical Imaging Division.
