Supervisory Interdisciplinary

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as Supervisory Interdisciplinary of the Master Planning Division within the Directorate of Public Works (DPW), USAG Fort Huachuca, AZ.

Evaluate effectiveness of subordinate operations through review and analysis of appropriate production reports and inspections.

Maintain close and continuous contacts with subordinate supervisors and division chiefs to exchange information on operational requirements, problems, and accomplishments.

Apply multi-disciplined engineering knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform technical reviews of designs, plans, and project specifications for work.

Inspect performance of project progress to assure the project stays on schedule and budget.

Provide architectural and engineering consulting services to tenant agencies and specialized engineering services organizations.
